Nitty Gritty owners open new ‘virtual’ restaurant

The Nitty Gritty restaurant with locations in Madison, Sun Prairie, and Middleton has launched Cluck, a Southern-inspired fried chicken “virtual” restaurant. Cluck menu items will be created at the Nitty Gritty Madison location and available through third-party delivery sites such as UberEats, GrubHub, DoorDash, and EatStreet. The restaurant will feature a full menu including fried chicken sandwiches, wings, tenders, fried shrimp, lake perch sandwiches, and salads. Expansion of Cluck includes future curbside carryout or pick-up and expansion to the Middleton and Sun Prairie markets.
