Fairchild, a casual dining restaurant at 2611 Monroe St., opened Monday after soft openings over the weekend, according to a story in the Wisconsin State Journal.
L’Etoile’s former chef de cuisine, Itaru Nagano, says he and partners Andrew Kroeger and Patrick Sierra designed Fairchild as a neighborhood restaurant.
The restaurant is only open for dinner for now, but Nagano expects to be open for lunch by mid- to late March.
