Journey Mental Health Center announced a $100,000 commitment from The Oscar Rennebohm Foundation to bolster mental health support initiatives in local schools. The contribution in honor of Journey’s fundraising campaign, “Light the Path from Hope to Recovery,” aims to increase access to mental health groups for students, fostering a supportive and resilient community.
The two-year commitment of $50,000 annually will help reduce barriers to Journey’s Resilient Response to the Effects of Stress and Trauma (REST) Program. The REST Program is a best-practice, proven intervention that reinforces community support.
