Fitchburg gaming company workers form union

Employees at Fitchburg-based game company Noble Knight Games announced they’ve formed a union, according to a report from the Capital Times. The company was founded in 1997 and sells tabletop games, including board games, card games, and role-playing games. The union will cover over 90% of the company’s employees who work in its warehouse and at the storefront at 2835 Commerce Park Drive. Employees said they are seeking higher pay, affordable benefits, and transparent policies, among other demands.
