On May 9, The Alliance Board of Directors appointed Curt Kubiak to be the company’s new president and CEO. Kubiak will officially assume the role on June 10, replacing retiring CEO Cheryl DeMars.
Kubiak is the founder and CEO of NOVO Health, a community of medical providers, suppliers, and employers that delivers affordable, accessible, high-quality care. He has been with NOVO since its creation.
Kubiak spent 15 years of his early career at Plexus Corp., a global electronics manufacturing company that specializes in assisting companies in creating branded products and bringing them to market.
In 2007, Kubiak made the transition to health care, establishing The Orthopedic & Sports Institute of the Fox Valley, a pioneer in patient-centered orthopedic care.
Kubiak received his bachelor of science degree from Marquette University, majoring in finance and international business with a minor in Spanish. He received his master’s in business administration from UW–Oshkosh.
