Madison College and the Milwaukee School of Engineering have partnered on a new transfer agreement for students pursuing careers in electrical and mechanical engineering.
Beginning this fall, students who complete Madison College’s University Transfer – Engineering Associate of Science in Electrical Engineering Pathway and meet program requirements will have guaranteed admission into MSOE’s electrical engineering program.
Eligible students will enter the program at a junior level and earn a minimum of 70 credits toward their bachelor’s degree.
Students who complete the University Transfer – Engineering Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering Pathway are guaranteed admission into MSOE’s Mechanical Engineering program with junior standing and a minimum of 73 credits.
“Madison College prepares our students for success, and we are excited to have MSOE offer them an excellent education that shares our values of hands-on learning, real-world application and developing future leaders,” Madison College provost Beth Giles said in a statement.
Giles said the agreement will offer more opportunities for students to build meaningful careers.
