Filterfresh Wisconsin Coffee Service was renamed Capital Coffee and Water Service on Oct. 1, after an ownership change, according to Capital Coffee owner Joel Sather. Filterfresh, a national franchise brand, has been in business since 1996. The new ownership will continue to serve the Madison and Milwaukee metro areas and surrounding southern Wisconsin communities.
