Banner Banks merges with Bank of Sun Prairie to form Bank of Wisconsin

The former Banner Banks merged with Bank of Sun Prairie and now operates as Bank of Wisconsin, a branch of Bank of Sun Prairie. 

“Bringing our two banks together has not only expanded our footprint in this great state but has also aligned our organizations, our colleagues and our customers under our shared values as a community bank that shows up for one another in every way,” Jimmy Kauffman, president and CEO of Bank of Sun Prairie, said in a statement 

“We have enhanced products and top-notch customer service, and we are also able to double-down on our commitment to the agricultural sector and to offering more to businesses and all our neighbors throughout the region.” 

Bank of Wisconsin is a branch of Bank of Sun Prairie and is a locally owned, full-service community bank with $848 million in assets and eight branches in six communities. Bank of Sun Prairie is a community bank committed to providing products and services designed for the people and businesses of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin.
