Zendesk files for IPO

San Francisco-based Zendesk has filed papers to hold a public stock offering that would raise as much as $150 million. Zendesk provides help desk software and cloud-based customer service. The Zendesk Madison office is growing quickly. According to reports, it is looking to expand its offices at 1 S. Pinckney St. to accommodate a growing employee count. The local office currently has between 30 and 40 employees and plans to grow to 100 this year. Zendesk employs about 475 worldwide.
