Wisconsin tourism grows

Tourists pumped $20.6 billion into the state economy in 2017, according to a release from Gov. Scott Walker and Tourism Secretary Stephanie Klett, representing a $631 million increase from 2016.

In 2017, tourism supported 195,255 jobs (21,918 jobs in Dane County). Milwaukee County generated the most tourism dollars, followed by Dane and Sauk.
