Wisconsin Technology Council announces free SWIFT event supporting entrepreneurs
Advisors assembled by the Wisconsin Technology Council are offering a free session to help entrepreneurs of all types learn more about the basics of launching, funding, and growing a young business, according to a recent press release. The event will be held at the MoundView Golf Course at 1930 14th Court on Thursday, June 29.
Registration, breakfast, and networking begin at 9 a.m. with the program running from 9:30 a.m. to noon. Registration is available online.
The State of Wisconsin Initiative to Fast Track Entrepreneurs (SWIFT) is aimed at connecting entrepreneurs of all types with resources, advice, and networking through the Tech Council and others.
Mentors will speak and answer questions on areas such as legal steps to starting a company, funding sources for such firms, and public resources generally available to entrepreneurs.
