Weyco Group reports 16% jump in first quarter sales

Weyco Group, Inc. a Glendale shoe manufacturer, reports that net sales for the first quarter of 2012 were $75 million, an increase of 16% from 2011 sales of $65 million.

That helped bring the company’s first quarter operating earnings to $5.8 million, compared to $4.8 million in 2011.
