Watertown dairy bar owner charged with fraud

The owner of a long-treasured Mullen's Dairy Bar in Watertown that closed due to a reported dispute with a landlord was arrested and charged with identity theft, fraudulent use of a credit card, and forgery, according to the Wisconsin State Journal.

Troy Milbrath apparently took out loans and credit cards in the names of his business partner and his wife without their knowledge.

Milbrath was arrested and released on a $25,000 signature bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 11.
