UW offers college dropouts second chance

The University of Wisconsin in Madison announced Badger Ready, a program aimed at offering adults 25 and older (and veterans of any age) who may have attended college elsewhere but never graduated for personal reasons to earn a degree from UW–Madison.

According to a UW–Madison release, students selected for Badger Ready “must complete at least 12 credits on the UW–Madison campus as special students (defined as those who aren’t seeking a degree at the university). If they earn a 3.0 grade point average, they can be admitted as undergraduate transfer students and continue their progress to a four-year degree.”

Scholarships are available based on financial need. For more information, click here.
