UW grads create startup for internship placements

A startup team of University of Wisconsin–Madison graduates has closed on their friends and family round of funding for $60,000, according to a statement from the organization. The startup, Internship on Demand, will work to help local companies attract talent from Wisconsin universities. The program is 100% virtual and crafted to share company tools and cultural touchstones using employer-driven coursework that teaches core competencies. The program is designed to improve early career matches for both students and companies.
