UIU offers education completion scholarships following Cardinal Stritch closure

In light of the impending closure of Wisconsin’s Cardinal Stritch University, Upper Iowa University (UIU) is offering education completion scholarships for Cardinal Stritch students. The program is designed to ease the transition for students continuing their education following the closure and increase affordability.

For its Fayette Campus option, UIU is offering a full housing waiver for fall 2023, a $13,500 tuition rate for the 2023-24 academic year, free tuition for Iowa Tuition Grant qualifiers, and credit transfers, among other opportunities.

For students interested in online education and centers, UIU is offering $370 per credit hour of undergraduate tuition, $440 per credit hour for graduate programs, and additional opportunities such as credit transfers as well.

UIU’s schedule includes five sessions of eight-week classes and an accelerated, six-week summer session. This school year’s final two sessions will begin May 15 and July 10, respectively, with next school year’s first session beginning August 28.
