Tricky Foods opening charcuterie, wine bar, and event space this summer
Madison-based Tricky Foods will open a location housing a charcuterie and wine bar as well as an event space in Bay Creek this summer, the Capital Times reports. The business is currently run from a shared commercial kitchen in Stoughton.
The new Tricky Foods space is 1,400 square feet and includes a commercial kitchen as well as an indoor seating capacity of about 30 people. It will also offer seasonal patio seating with a 49-person capacity. The location plans to have daytime hours on Tuesday–Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 or 8 p.m.
In addition to charcuterie boards, the business will offer classes and a wine list. It will also be available to rent for events.
The business is looking actively to hire a team of six to 10 employees. The new space will be located at 121 E. Lakeside St., across John Nolen Drive from Olin Park.
