The Deliciouser expansion will include tasting room, kitchen studio, new production location
The Deliciouser, a near-east side Madison company that offers over 30 products, including spice blends with globally-sourced ingredients, is undertaking a multipart expansion project, according to the Wisconsin State Journal.
The founders have opened a tasting room and kitchen studio at 913 E. Main St., where customers can learn about products and receive cooking instruction from Chef Patrick O’Halloran, former owner of two Tipsy Cow locations as well as co-owner and chef at Lombardino’s.
Production will move from a work space at Bunky’s Catering on Atwood Avenue to a 1,500-square-foot space across the hall from The Deliciouser kitchen and tasting room, located in the Main Street Industries building at the corner of East Main Street and South Brearly Street.
The company also plans to ramp up its food events, including cooking classes, Thursday night tastings focused on drinks, and themed grazing dinners.
