Supper club-inspired restaurant will open in Spring Green this June
The owners of 2-year-old restaurant Homecoming in downtown Spring Green have announced that a new restaurant, Reunion, is set to open for business by June 15, according to the Capital Times.
The supper club-inspired restaurant will be located in a century-old building at 134 W. Jefferson St., a space that has been home to several restaurants over the past 15 years, including The Bank Restaurant and Wine Bar, Freddy Valentine’s, and Last Leaf Public House.
Eventual plans to renovate the space include new paint in the dining area, patio improvements, and the opening of interior walls. Reunion will initially have the capacity to seat 98 people inside and around 20 outside.
Homecoming will close temporarily or offer a limited menu in early June as staff work to get Reunion up and running. The restaurant is likely to have hours running from Wednesday or Thursday through Saturday. The menu will be designed by Chef Chance Spivey.
