Sun Prairie’s Sani-Matic Inc. among winners of Wisconsin Safety Council Corporate Safety Awards

The Wisconsin Safety Council announced Sani-Matic Inc. of Sun Prairie as one of nine winners of its Corporate Safety Awards. The Wisconsin Safety Council, in partnership with M3 Insurance and the Department of Workforce Development, presents the awards program each year to encourage companies to promote excellence in safety and health. The awards are distributed based on company size in three categories: Manufacturing; Agriculture, Transportation, Utilities, and Other; and Construction.

Sani-Matic was one of four winners in the Manufacturing category, along with Animix LLC of Juneau, Oshkosh Defense of Oshkosh, and Brady Corp. of Milwaukee. Winners in the Agriculture, Transportation, Utilities, and Other category included RGL Logistics of Green Bay, Airgas North Central (an Air Liquide company) of Appleton, and Foth of De Pere. The Construction category winners were Immel Construction of Green Bay and JP Cullen of Janesville.

The winners were selected by an independent panel of safety, health, and insurance professionals. Applicants were required to submit data from their 2022 safety records and provide information about their company’s safety and health leadership, training programs, safety accomplishments, and goals.

The Wisconsin Safety Council, the Department of Workforce Development, and M3 Insurance will present the awards to the winning companies at the Wisconsin Safety Council Annual Conference, held April 17–19 in the Wisconsin Dells.
