Sumo Sushi opens

After a year of construction, Sumo Sushi Hibachi Japanese Restaurant is now open on East Washington Avenue where HomeTown Buffet/Old Town Country Buffet once operated.

According to the Wisconsin State Journal, the restaurant will have 14 hibachi grills and a 24-foot sushi bar.
