Summer openings, scholarships for Stellar Tech Girls Camp still available

According to the Wisconsin State Journal, Stellar Tech Girls Camp, which last week hosted its “Stellar Explorer” session for girls and nonbinary youths ages 9–14 to learn about five types of engineering, still has openings for its variety of camps this summer.

Founded by aerospace engineer and executive Marina Bloomer, the camps are designed to increase diversity in the next generation of engineering and expose campers to future opportunities. They feature hands-on experiments and use the engineering design process to address real-world problems.

Scholarships for attendees are available; information on how to sponsor a scholarship can be found online.
