StoryFirst Media’s “Beyond Human Nature” to screen at Union South
StoryFirst Media, a Madison-based video production and story branding firm, announced in a recent press release the in-person Madison screening of its true-crime documentary, Beyond Human Nature.
The film tells the story of the 1992 investigation of the murder of Green Bay’s Tom Monfils, whose six co-workers were convicted of the crime. Much controversy has surrounded the case with the belief by some that the convicted men are innocent.
The film will screen as part of the 25th Annual Wisconsin Film Festival at 4 p.m. on April 15. It will take place at the Marquee Theatre at Union South. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased through the Wisconsin Film Festival website.
In production for nearly a decade, the documentary will showcase never-before-seen footage and interviews with key players in the investigation, shedding new light on the case. The film was directed by StoryFirst Media co-founder and filmmaker Michael Neelsen.
