State women in top three for wealthiest

Wisconsin is home to two of the five richest women in the country, according to Forbes’ latest “America’s Richest Self-Made Women” report.

Diane Hendricks, owner of Beloit-based ABC Supply Co. is no. 1 with a net worth of $4.9 billion, and Judith Faulkner, founder of Epic Systems, comes in at no. 3 with a reported net worth of $2.4 billion.

The Wisconsin women are joined in the top five by Oprah Winfrey, Doris Fisher, founder of The Gap, and Johnelle Hunt of J.B. Hunt Transport.
