Spring into Design

FLOOR360 held its annual “Spring into Design” event in its showroom on Verona Road on March 21. A crowd of 350 gathered to celebrate Design for a Difference Madison, a community-driven design movement sponsored locally by FLOOR360. The movement is made up of high-fashion flooring showrooms around the country that select a nonprofit in their city and provide an interior makeover free of charge with the help of a design team and local businesses that donate their time, talent, funds, and materials. Each year the identity of the nonprofit that will receive a makeover in Madison is revealed during Spring into Design. This year, it was announced that East Madison Community Center will get an interior makeover free of charge thanks to Design for a Difference, FLOOR360, a dedicated design team, businesses, and suppliers. The March 21 event is a chance to raise funds for the makeover by selling T-shirts, mugs, and auction items donated by local partners.
