Spectrum’s CFO leaving

Tony Genito, CFO of Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc., announced he will leave at the end of the year to return with his family to the Southeast. The company will conduct an internal and external search for his replacement. Genito has been with Spectrum Brands for more than seven years. In fiscal 2013, Spectrum reported sales of $4.1 billion.
