Special session called to save Kimberly Clark
The state legislature will consider a $100 million tax incentive package to keep a Kimberly Clark Fox Crossing factory open, saving about 500 jobs and hundreds of suppliers. A Neenah plant, however, could still close.
The session is scheduled for Nov. 12, according to media reports, after the Nov. 6 election to decide who will govern the state, incumbent Gov. Scott Walker or challenger Tony Evers.
