Snapshots of Summerfest

At the most recent Icons in Business event on March 15, Sarah Smith Pancheri, the vice president of sales and marketing for Milwaukee World Festival, the organization that produces Summerfest, discussed the history of “The World’s Largest Music Festival” and shared insights into the challenges and opportunities that came with growth over the past 50 years. The iconic music festival, held in Milwaukee since its inception in 1967, hosts more than 800 bands and 900,000 attendees over an 11-day period.
