Sikes to chair Wisconsin Technology Council

Toni Sikes, co-founder of The Art Commission and a general partner in Calumet Venture Fund, was elected chairwoman of the Wisconsin Technology Council, succeeding Mark Bugher, who is retiring as director of the University Research Park on Nov. 1.
