Senior complex adds 'grandfamily' space

Middleton’s Oak Ridge development, an 83-unit mixed income independent senior living center from JT Klein Co., will also include seven, three-bedroom “grandfamily” units for those who serve as caregivers to others in the family.

Meanwhile, 70 rental units will be earmarked for people earning between $25,550 and $51,120 for a family of four, or 30% to 60% of the Dane County medium income.

Oak Ridge is expected to open in January 2019 at 7635 Lisa Lane in Middleton.
