SEH and Yaggy Colby announce merger

Two Minnesota-based firms plan to combine resources: Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc. (SEH) — an architecture and engineering firm with 26 offices in seven states, including eight in Wisconsin (one in Madison) — has signed a letter of intent to merge with Minneapolis-based Yaggy Colby Associates. The deal should be completed by June 1. The company will operate under the name SEH-Yaggy, a Division of SEH, for about a year before it transitions to SEH.
