RevolutionEHR receives ‘significant’ investment

Revolution EHR will get a “significant financial investment” from RevOptix, a newly formed private investment group in San Francisco, according to a company press release. The investment will allow the Madison-based company to grow its mobile capabilities and software and add 20 to 50 employees over the next two years.

RevolutionEHR builds electronic health care software for the optometric community. Of the company’s 70 employees, 10 are based in Madison. The company has seen significant growth since launching in 2006 and has been on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies in the U.S. for the past three years.
