Regents approve University Research Park agreement

The University of Wisconsin–Madison Board of Regents approved a memorandum of understanding between the Board of Regents and the University Research Park regarding the university’s real estate assets, according to a release from the university. The agreement aims to strategically utilize the university’s real estate assets to advance its public academic and research missions and allows the university to identify parcels of developable land under its control. The university will sell identified parcels to the University Research Park for improvement, utilization, and general development with the regents’ approval.
