Redesign of Hub II project does little to sway neighborhood opinion

New renderings of the Core Spaces Hub II project at 126 Langdon St. have been submitted to the city, but some neighbors feel the developer did not address their concerns, according to a report by the Capital Times.

The project has rallied residents to form a neighborhood association in order to voice their concerns. The Urban Design Commission (UDC) denied a request by the developer for excess building height and the Plan Commission referred the project back to UDC to address making the project compatible with the older buildings in the area.
