Red Shoes PR to open Madison office

Red Shoes PR, a woman-owned public relations company based in Appleton, is opening a second office at 2 East Mifflin St. in Madison. Lisa Cruz is the company’s president and owner, and Scott Becher has signed on as its sole Madison employee.
