Ramen restaurant opens in Middleton

Trio Ramen is a collaboration from three friends, Xun Wang, Pei Wang, and Aichan “Wendy” Weng, hence the name of the new Middleton restaurant, according to a report in the Wisconsin State Journal.

The new eatery opened on Jan. 29, but the full menu won’t be available until Feb. 1.

Trio Ramen is a minority-owned, women-owned business located in a two-story, 6,000-square-foot space at 2831 Parmenter St. that previously was home to Hurts Donut Co.
