PDS announces merger

Brookfield-based Paragon Development Systems (aka PDS) announced an agreement to merge with Bloomington, Minn.-based Works Computing Inc., according to a release.

PDS provides information technology to clients in health care, corporate, and the government/education industry sectors and has a Madison location. Works Computing provides data center technology to customers throughout the Midwest.
