Paddy’s Patties now at several Madison pop-up locations, looking for more 

Paddy’s Patties, a food truck business that serves made-to-order smash burgers and hand-cut fries with pop-ups throughout the Madison area, is currently looking for additional pop-up locations to fill open weekly slots, according to the Capital Times. 

The food truck, started by Michael, Timothy, and Robert Shipman, got started last September with a pop-up at Karben4 Brewing on Kinsman Boulevard. The truck is now a feature at Karben4 on Thursdays at 6 p.m., the Dive Inn on Cottage Grove Road, Saturdays at 4 p.m., and the Boneyard on Walsh Road, Wednesday evenings.   

This summer, Paddy’s Patties will also be at The Pursuit of Happiness event from June 16–18 as part of The Sessions at McPike Park.
