Oscar Apartments open on north side

The Oscar Apartments, at 1222 and 1244 Huxley St., have officially opened, according to a report from Channel3000. The two-building complex includes 110 units, 55 of which are designated for residents age 55 and up. The development is located near the former Oscar Mayer plant on the site of the former Oscar Mayer Credit Union.
