New Judge Doyle Square RFP approved

The Madison City Council has approved a new RFP for the Judge Doyle Square project. It solicits plans for an urban, mixed-use hotel with a minimum of 250 rooms, commercial space, and parking. The RFP will be issued on Feb. 9, and proposals will be due May 1.

The previous RFP called for a full-service hotel, but after months of negotiations, that project was deemed too expensive and led to the city’s decision to rebid.
