NCG Hospitality announces opening of industrial loft housing space in December 

In a recent press release, NCG Hospitality announced its newest property, The Saddlery, is set to open in December 2023. Located in downtown Madison near Law Park, Lake Monona, the Monona Terrace, and the State Capitol, the property will offer short- and long-term stays. It will also have adjoining retail space available for rent.

The building, which occupies the East Wilson Street location of the original Madison Saddlery Company, is a four-story masonry industrial loft.

The space will include 46 furnished rentals including studios, one-bedroom units, and two-bedroom units, with a full kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer in nearly every unit.

The building will also feature a fitness center, rooftop patio with grills, parking spots, and storage units. Additional information is available online.
