Monona Farmers Market to open for 20th season in May
The Monona Farmers Market will open in May for its 20th season, Channel 3000 reports. The event, which serves between 1,100–1,500 people each week, sets up in Ahuska Park on Sundays and runs through October.
This year, the market will host 28 vendors with a selection of locally grown vegetables, herbs, meats, eggs, fruit, and homemade goods like breads, soaps, and honey.
The market’s Sunday hours run from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
