Middleton P.F. Chang’s closes

Middleton’s P.F. Chang’s China Bistro closed permanently on Sept. 1 with two years remaining on its 15-year lease.

Reportedly, the location had underperformed and may have closed anyway, but according to a story in the Wisconsin State Journal, recent flooding, which closed several area businesses for about a week, was the “last straw.”

The restaurant, at 2237 Deming Way, opened in 2006 and employed 36 workers.
