Mid-Central Electric bomb threat investigation in Oregon yields no evidence of explosives
In a press release, the Oregon Police Department provided notice of a bomb threat call made at 9:28 a.m., April 13, at Mid-Central Electric, located at 880 Market St.
An employee of the business located a note that implied there may be a bomb present. Employees of Mid-Central Electric were evacuated to a safe location. A police canine sweep was conducted, and no explosive devices were found.
The area was deemed safe, and employees were allowed to return to the building. The investigation is ongoing.
