Mead & Hunt acquires EMR

Madison-based engineering firm Mead & Hunt has acquired Missouri-based EMR, an engineering and construction management firm that provides custom-designed refrigeration, HVAC, and heat transfer systems to manufacturers in the food and beverage industry. Terms were not disclosed.

Mead & Hunt employs more than 600 professionals across 19 states. EMR is a 30-person firm, according to a release.
