Madison’s east side to get new taproom featuring hops-free beer in June

The east side of Madison will soon be home to a new taproom from Herbiery Brewing that will offer hops-free beers, according to a report from the Wisconsin State Journal.

Founded in 2019 by herbalist Nicholas Ryan, Herbiery is planned to open this summer at 2015 Winnebago St., Suite 101, next to Player’s Sports Bar & Grill.

Herbiery originally produced its herbal beers at Ale Asylum on Madison’s north side and now makes its brews at Karben4 Brewing and has them packaged at Delta Beer Lab.
