Madison Public Market gets another public hearing

The City of Madison will hold another public information and feedback session on the proposed Madison Public Market on Thursday, Sept. 5, at 6 p.m., at the Madison Municipal Building, 215 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

The session, which will take place in room 215, is the latest in a series of surveys, public input sessions, and Taste of the Market events — all core pieces of the planning process that are designed to gather public comments. The promise of the Madison Public Market is to offer economic opportunity to residents, anchor the Cap East District, provide fresh produce and prepared foods, and offer a public gathering spot for residents and visitors alike.
