Livesey proposes new West Towne development

After a plan for a 17-building development was shelved for the corner of South Gammon and Mineral Point Roads, Livesey Co. is proposing a major office development for a single anchor tenant on the site.

Livesey owns the 23-acre property and is proposing a six building, four-phase project that could eventually accommodate as many as 1,000 employees, according to the Wisconsin State Journal.

Cost estimates are not yet available, but if approved, the first phase could break ground later this year and be completed in spring 2019.
