Law firm sues to block gatherings ban
The Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty, a conservative law firm, has filed a lawsuit with the Wisconsin Supreme Court trying to put a stop to Dane County’s latest public health order barring indoor gatherings, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report.
Under the latest directive, indoor gatherings of any size involving people outside of one’s household are prohibited, while outdoor gatherings are capped at 10 people.
