Latino Academy of Workforce Development to host open house

On Wednesday, April 12, from 4–7 p.m., the Latino Academy of Workforce Development, south-central Wisconsin’s newest Latino-led nonprofit organization, will welcome the community to its new home at 2909 Landmark Place.

Visitors can tour the six offices, conference room, and three training rooms in the space. Ample parking and a nearby bus line make these new offices highly accessible, with a location just off the Beltline in the Metastar Building.

A 2022 Impact Report will be shared at the event, highlighting the 2,249 individuals who received instruction and support services and the organization’s vision for meeting Wisconsin’s future workforce needs. The gathering is a celebration of continued support from students and community members.
